2 containers of multi-colored cherry or grape tomatoes
handful fresh basil
Parmesan for grating
1) Preheat the oven to 400F. Toss the tomatoes with olive oil put on a baking tray to roast, shaking periodically.
2) Bring a pot of salted water to boil and add the spaghetti. Cook until al dente or to your preference. Drain and return to pot. Drizzle with olive oil.
3) Remove the tomatoes from the oven and add to the spaghetti. Stir, smashing some of the tomatoes into a sauce, add a handful of chopped basil and serve with Parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil.
